We provide this service for occupant(s), that are not able to do these tasks themselves. If scheduled by a family member or care-giver we can share our findings and bill them. We believe safety matters. If given advanced approval we can replace Smoke Alarm(s) or batteries and light bulbs during inspection. All required items will be provided at cost.
