We charge nothing to refer clients - we just want honest dependable quality workmanship for them and we do a follow-up call to rate service to determine who we refer. We do appreciate referrals when our services better suit the customers’ needs.

All Contractors need to supply all pertinent documents, License number, Insurance form etc. this also applies to Licensed sub-contractors. For un-licensed journeymen, tradesmen, skilled or general labor references are required. All must offer and be prepared to provide a minimum of one-year warranty on (their) labor.
As an Independent Contractor, Sub-Contractor or Self-employed un-licensed journeymen tradesmen skilled or general labor, you understand these are your own responsibility. You will receive a 1099-NEC form to file with the IRS and State of Virginia if applicable and pay “any and all” appropriate taxes “not limited to”: State/Federal income Tax, workman’s comp, social security, un-employment and any and all other not mentioned State/Federal assessments payments fines and/or taxes to cover these costs/deductions. You understand you are not an employee; you are a sub-contractor and in no way will Home Repair Remodel, LLC be held responsible for any of these payments and/or penalties.
