Painting
Both interior and exterior painting. Call to schedule an on-site $30 inspection, if you agree to have us do the work, this fee will be deducted from your total. Our one-hour minimum service truck fee is $120 and covers up to your first hour of service (or) when the job is completed. If our service truck is needed for additional time, it is billed incrementally at $60 for a single service tech and $90 for two techs, plus materials and disposal fees if needed.
If you want to save money, remove all items from the room. Some large items like a dresser can be place in the center and mattress and frame turned on their side leaning against the dresser, we’ll tarp over them. Everything else must be removed, we must have, “at least 4 feet” of clearance all-round the room to work. Please don’t put the items in the adjoining hallways. We are more that capable of moving furniture, this is simply a way to save money and younger home owners see this as a great way to do that. Our clients also seem to like doing 1 or 2 rooms at a time. It keeps their home livable, manageable and on budget.
