Both interior and single story exterior painting. Call to schedule an on-site $30 inspection, if you agree to have us do the work, this fee will be deducted from your Labor total. Our first hour minimum rate with a single tech is $80 covers your first hour or when the job is completed. If a 2-man crew is required the first hour minimum rate is $120 covers your first hour or when the job is completed. Additional time is billed at an incremental $50 an hour for one tech and $90 for two techs. Our free estimate is done with a free phone estimate, that will give you an up-front price for labor, plus materials.
If you want to save money, remove all items from the room. Some large items like a dresser can be place in the center and mattress and frame turned on their side leaning against the dresser, we’ll tarp over them. Everything else must be removed, we must have, “at least 4 feet” of clearance all-round the room to work. Please don’t put the items in the adjoining hallways. We are more that capable of moving furniture, this is simply a way to save money and younger home owners see this as a great way to do that. Our clients also seem to like doing 1 or 2 rooms at a time. It keeps their home livable, manageable and on budget.
