Rental or Move-out Services:
If you or know of homeowner(s) in need of rental or move-out cleaning, touchup painting or do needed repairs, to ready a home for rental or sale. Call to schedule an on-site $30 inspection, if you agree to have us do the work, this fee will be deducted from your Labor total. Our first hour minimum rate with a single tech is $80 covers your first hour or when the job is completed. If a 2-man crew is required the first hour minimum rate is $120 covers your first hour or when the job is completed. Additional time is billed at an incremental $50 an hour for one tech and $90 for two techs. Our free estimate is done with a free phone estimate, that will give you an up-front price for labor, plus materials and disposal fees if needed. We suggest scheduling a half or full day service to complete a thorough job. For vacant property we specialize in repair and maintenance without active utilities, utilizing a generator, compressor and water tank to complete repairs and maintenance eliminating the need and expense of monthly utility bills or the hassle of having them turned on and off as needed. For homes without running water, we can carry 150 gallons of water and if we must refill, extra cost will apply at minimum $30 per refill trip, if water is not available nearby. A complete exterior House washing can take over 400 gallons.
